ACCURACY/PRECISION & OVER LOAD

Using 1,600 micro-pulse stepping motor means less over-duty or over-load to the main machine, and provide the most accurate and precise punching of each spangle.

Using 400 pulse stepping motor causes noise, inaccuracy & imprecision, and may fail to load its work due to its low capacity of the performance.
|

|
On any sides of needle base, Sequin Device can be installed; Left front, Left hand side, Right front, Right hand side. Any kinds of threads, rayon, polyester, transparent thread can be used.

Usually only on the one side the device can be installed. Only transparent thread can be used because of too often thread cutting.
